FIRE HOSE REEL


There are two types of Fire Hose Reels:
a) SAUDI ARAMCO STYLE
b) INDUSTRIAL TYPE

a) SAUDI ARAMCO STYLE:

  A high quality hose reel on pedestal stand built to the exacting standards required by ARAMCO. The reel is supplied complete with 1 ¼" inch non-collapsible rubber hose and variable flow and pattern fog nozzle.
  The hose reel comes complete with gear driven rewind and rewind handle. The reel, cover and stand are all painted with durable baked enamel for extra corrosion resistance.

b) INDUSTRIAL TYPE:

  A heavy duty fire water hose reel for use in petrochemical plants, power stations and refineries. The hose reel is manufactured in Saudi Arabia to international standards and includes approx. 30 meters of 1 ½ inch diameter oil and abrasion resistant hard rubber hose and variable fog nozzle. The reel is suitable for applications of both water and foam-water mixture.

FIRE EQUIPMENT CABINET


There are two types of Fire Hose Reels:
a) SURFACE MOUNTED HOSE CABINET
b) FLUSH MOUNTED HOSE CABINET

a) SURFACE MOUNTED HOSE CABINET:

  A cabinet designed for indoor semi-automatic hose stations, consisting of approx. 30 meters in length of unlined cotton hose or rubber hose release rack, hose nozzle and valve. The cabinet are normally located in stairwells or corridors. Buildings should be protected with all points within reach of at least two hose lines. There is also ample room inside for the storage of a 10 kg portable extinguisher. There are two versions: commercial and industrial. The Industrial cabinet box is 2 mm mild steel and the front glass plate is 6 mm thick. The commercial is of 1.2 mm mild steel with 3 mm glass. On both the door is attached by a stainless steel. Continuous piano hinge for extra life. The Cabinet is painted in Red color - RAL : 3000

b) FLUSH MOUNTED HOSE CABINET:

  Identical to the surface mounted hose cabinet, except provided with a trim ring for flush mounting into the wall. The cabinet is fitted with a trim ring to allow it to slide into a hole cut in the wall. The trim covers the rough cut edges. The cabinet is painted in red color - RAL-3000 with stoving enamel.

Fire Alarm and Detection Control Panel


Albilad Fire Fighting Systems is licensed by Notifier (USA) to assemble a wide range of fire Detection and Alarm Panels in Saudi Arabia. These assemblies are produced following the most stringent quality control requirements and are UL (Underwriters Laboratories) listed.

  Control Panels (Notifier) can be either a manufacturer's standard unit or custom-built to incorporate interfaces to a fixed extinguishing system, HVAC shut-down, Gas Detection, Voice Alarm system, Computer monitoring, color graphic display annunciator systems, printers and remote center station via Laser lines or multiplexed data signals.

 Fire Alarm Panels assembled by Albilad Fire Fighting Systems are cross listed by the original Manufacturer to carry the UL (Underwriters Laboratories) mark when labeled by Albilad.
